Featured Recipe: Tacos Al Pastor (Developed by Chipotle restaurants)
You know you have a good thing when people ask for the recipe. And the two Chipotle "style" recipes we have here on our site are no exception.
Copycat Chipotle Chicken and the Chipolte Kitchen's Tacos al Pastor are party favorites. If you've tried either of these recipes, let us know.

I love jalapenos, but I just don't like chipotles. I'm not sure what it is about that smokey flavor, but I just can't get there!

Samina, you are actually like a lot of people. Since that smokey flavor can be really heavy with some chipolte peppers, I understand. Do you like smokey BBQ sauce? I love natural smoke, but the artificial smoke that is used in so many ready made sauces is really disgusting!

Any possibility that you could find a recipe for Mama Mandola’s Sicilian Chicken Soup from Carrabba's? It is wonderful! I did make the Copycat Chipotle Chicken. I used Chipotle Chili Pepper, a dry spice from McCormick as a substitute for the Knorr Chipotle cubes. Thanks for the wonderful recipes and ideas!

The Chipotle Chicken recipe is a go to recipe around the house here. It shows up often in fajita, tacos, quesadillas or lettuce wraps.

I absolutely agree that natural smokey flavor is something way beyond the artificial ones. Natural smokey flavor is addictive.
