Greek Potato Salad is delightfully different

The Greeks may be facing financial strains, but their cuisine is always an inspiration. Our daughters all love Greek salad (well, come to think of it, so do we). So we’re always in the mood to try something slightly different when it comes to salad with Greek influences.

This Greek Potato Salad, from a book on potato salads by our friend and colleague Debbie Moose (click here), is a real hit at our houses. Try it and tell us what you think!

This salad falls into the category of it has feta…what’s not to like?!

i really like this article..i just want to appreciate you for this work..and i would like to read more article on this..The prose tends to get a trifle overheated when cooks from different cultures discuss the various merits of the staples of their countries.Cooking

Since you posted this recipe last year, I’ve made it at least 6 times—mostly for potlucks, picnics, and bbqs. It’s always a hit. I love the freshness of the herbs and the fact that it’s a potato salad without mayonnaise. The one thing I do differently is use chives or green onions instead of a white/yellow onion. It adds to the fresh herb taste, and because I grow chives, I always have them on hand. I definitely recommend this recipe!

Thanks Anastasia! I will pass your praise along to Debbie Moose.
