I have yet to find an egg salad I didn't like. But Egg Salad is very personal...how do you like yours?

That one in the image looks great, to be honest I am not that much into egg salad, I actually don't eat eggs at all since 4 yrs already but I'm thinking to start again using eggs in my diet.

My favorite is with mayo and curry powder. I also remember a sandwich place from years ago that was cashew egg salad with lots of greens and on good bread -- the cashews were wonderful, in there, too.

Yeah me too. Never made an egg salad like in this picture so yummy. No matter what the mixes are as long as its egg salad..

I like to chop up green olives and add it to the egg salad along with mayo and a little dijon mustard.
