Brewing great iced tea is as easy as turnng on the microwave. I've "taught" more than one relocated friend how to make the unofficial drink of the South. If you want to get fancy, just add a little peppermint.

This is easy tea brewing, letting the microwave speed us through. But your guests will just enjoy the sweet delicious results. (Sugar is optional for anyone but a diehard Southerner.)

Probably the most important statement in this recipe is: (do not squeeze bags!) I could not determine why my tea was bitter, until you pointed this out to me. THANKS!!!
