Featured Recipe: Fajitas in a Flash
Fajitas are a favorite at just about every Mexican inspired restaurant. And yet they are so very easy to do at home. Don't have a grill, you say? No worries. This recipe is completely stove-top and flies together in under 20 minutes. I love to make a double batch for friends and set all the toppings out so everyone can customize their own Fajita.
Sounds like a party to me and our Amazing Sangria is just what we need to round it out.

I must confess, I have a new favorite cookbook – Cheap. Fast. Good! I have cooked many, many dishes from it. I love the poached chicken (mine always seemed tough before this recipe).
