Just finishing up (licking my fingers) the delicious crepes I made, prompted by the article in the Akron Beacon Journal by Ross and Mills. They were so easy to make and what a treat! I filled my warm crepe with a pat of butter, smidge of brown sugar and a scoop of cottage cheese. Yum. Can't wait to try more combos, along with the banana nutella crepes that were suggested.
