Isn't is amazing how much it will elevate a simple dessert if you just upgrade the dish it is served in?
Martini glasses are perfect ice cream sundae dishes with a wide mouth and sloping sides. Double upgrade the sundae with home-made spiced nuts. Perfect at this time of year with pumpkin spices.
Finally, for a triple upgrade, homemade caramel sauce, that flies together in the microwave in no time at all. What you have is a super fancy dessert, worthy of company and all possible without breaking a sweat. Enjoy!

The recipes are healthy enough for me and they taste good enough for my husband. I spend practically nothing on groceries anymore and always have something good to make for dinner.
I've never been able to make a weekly menu because I just don't know ahead of time what we're going to be in the mood for, but with frozen cooked meats in the freezer and your recipes, I can always come up with just the right meal.
