Featured Recipe: Slow-cooked Split Pea Soup with Barley and Ham
This recipe is over 16 years old, but it still has the ability to make me feel warm all over. The barley is the secret ingredient. It thickens the soup perfectly, without making it too thick. Made even easier because it is best made in the slow-cooker. What's not to like? I hope you enjoy!
