Trader Joes is coming to Town

Just yesterday as I drove past the intersection of College and Oleander, the location of the new Trader Joes store, I saw the above billboard.
And as far as grocery stores are concerned, nothing could make me happier.
We've watched the tearing down of the former business and the building up of the soon-to-be-open Trader Joes in Wilmington. If you are like me, it has been with great expectation we have waited. Since I moved to Wilmington from Raleigh last year, I have the inexpensive wine selection, cool ingredients and organic offerings Trader Joes is famous for.
But then last December I heard buzz that a Trader Joes was coming. Trader Joes -almost is not near as good as Trader Joes- here, but we're closer!
Get excited Wilmington! Trader Joes is gonna change your grocery store life! According to the Trader Joes website, our new Wilmington store will open on November 30th! Now we're talkin'!

We tried your Mindless Mu Shu Chicken last week and loved it! We're doing it again this coming Friday, we decided we needed to see if it was as good as we remembered. Before that we thoroughly enjoyed your Veggie Bean Medley over Couscous. But your Cookies and Cream Trifle is our all time favorite! Every time I take it somewhere, someone always asks for the recipe. Of course I give you the credit!
