Beefy Asian Style Lettuce Wraps

½ pound ground beef
½ cup chopped red pepper
¼ cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon fresh minced ginger
¼ cup duck sauce, or more for serving
2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce, or more for serving
1 teaspoon Sriracha Sauce, or more to taste
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
6 medium romaine lettuce leaves

1. In a large nonstick skillet, crumble the beef and stir and cook over medium heat for about 4 minutes until just beginning to brown. While beef is cooking, add the red pepper, onion, garlic and ginger. Stir and cook until beef is cooked through, onion is translucent and pepper is tender.

2. Reduce heat to low and stir in remaining ingredients, except lettuce. Simmer for 5 minutes or until ready to serve up to 20 minutes.

3. Serve with lettuce and additional duck or soy sauce at the table.
