Blue Cheese Dressing

Blue Cheese Dressing
1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
1/2 cup (2 ounces) crumbled blue cheese
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons low-fat milk
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
In a small bowl, mix together all ingredients, breaking up any large pieces of blue cheese. Serve immediately, or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 1 week.

Blue Cheese dressing is delicious as a dip for everything from pretzels to carrot sticks. If you're grilling steaks, it's delicious as a side sauce and just as wonderful on baked potatoes. I love to use the dressing as a spread for veggie sandwiches in the summer, too. Hope this helps.

Any recipes for blue cheese dressing? I lost my head and bought a huge tub of blue cheese dressing from Sam's Club. Now I am in a panic to figure out different recipes to use it with so I will not have to throw it away.
