Chantilly Cream
Makes about 2 cups

Use Chantilly Cream to top chocolate custard, Apple Betty, chocolate bread pudding or any gooey dessert.
Recipe
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon brandy (or vanilla extract)
Place all ingredients in the large bowl of an electric mixer and mix on high until mixture is consistency of softened butter. Place into a zipper top bag or pastry bag. Refrigerate until ready to pipe onto dessert.
