Fresh Avocado Salsa
1 ripe avocado, peeled and chopped
1 large ripe tomato, seeded and chopped
Juice from 1 lime
1 clove garlic
Salt to taste
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and serve immediately. If you need to store the salsa, press plastic wrap down over the surface, seal and refrigerate for up to 1 hour.
