Perfectly sweet-tart, this easy glaze is a nice compliment to spicy gingerbread or other dessert cakes and cookies.
Recipe
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice*
1 cup powdered (confectioner's) sugar
Mix well until completely blended. Serve with gingerbread.
