START TO FINISH: 5 minutes
2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon chopped fresh mint
additional mint leaves as optional garnish
1.Combine strawberries, sugar, juice and let rest 30 minutes to 1 hour to create sauce. Just before serving, stir in mint.
