Nancy's Green Pepper-Tomatillo Sauce

8 tomatillos
6 green Serrano peppers

1. Place the shucked tomatillos and whole peppers in a large Dutch oven or soup pot and add enough water to just cover. Cover the pot and bring to a boil over high heat. Cook for 15 minutes or until Tomatillos are tender.
2. Drain well and place the vegetables in a food processor or blender. Pulse until finely chopped.  Serve immediately or cover and store for up to 2 weeks.
