Nancy’s Guacamole Sauce

6 ripe avocados
1/2 cup cilantro leaves, loosely packed
1 cup skim milk
1/2 to 1 cup water
salt to taste

1. Peel and seed the avocados.

2. Place them in a blender with the cilantro leaves, milk and 1/2 cup water. Process until smooth and liquefied. Add up to 1/2 cup more water until desired consistency is reached. Refrigerate for up to 1 hour or better, serve immediately.
